> COMMISSION PROCESS
The avatar is made, being a BETA process. In this process, all kinds of problems with clothes, animations or other things are fixed when the Avatar is already uploaded in VRChat.When the errors are fixed or most of them, there's not going to be made more changes until the client request another commission.
> BEFORE COMMISSIONING✓ Send all the documents that you are going to use in your avatar, otherwise there will be an extra charge when adding things that are not your possession. (It will still be in my prices)✓ Be clear with everything when it comes to colors, emissions that you want your avatar to represent.✓ My Commissions usually last a short time but if you want to pay a priority when there is a queue you can do so.✓ My prices are in US Dollar (USD) and payment is through Paypal.✓ When I accept a commission, payment must be made within 1 week (7 days). In a way that 100% of the commission is paid from the beginning, or 75% at the beginning and the remaining 25% at the end.✓ Maybe if you let me know in advance when the payment will be, I will wait.✓ Depending on whether there is a queue or not, your commission will be made earlier or later.✓ If you occupy your commission on a specific date, it must be specified to see if I can do it on the day or time necessary.✓ Be specific about how you want things before making your commission.> DURING COMMISSION✓ Do not make changes during the commission or creation process.✓ If you have several variants of clothing, I can send you screenshots of what it looks like before uploading it (when I finish adding all so please be specific)✓ Any problem, complication or thing will be communicated to the client.> AFTER COMMISSIONING✓ Every avatar will have elements from the creator if you do not want it you must make an extra payment. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't give me credit for my work.✓ If you want commercial rights to the avatar you must pay extra.✓ Usually nothing will be shown in the commission process but a photo session will always be done to add it to my Portfolio of Work. In the case that there is a confidentiality treatment, it will be done until the client shows the work.✓ In the BETA process you can make any changes and fix any errors that are within what was agreed upon at Checkout until the avatar is finished.
> CUSTOM AVATARS
These avatars are the ones that have no equal or are made from scratch. I do not make these avatars, but if I receive one to add anything to it, the total amount of the Unity Package will not be charged if I receive it and I will not do anything to should not or is not allowed with these avatars. I know they do a great job and I wouldn't want these people with their personalized avatars to be distrustful to my work.I will respect everything possible in these bases and the rights of the people who made them. If you want to add things I will do so but I will not do anything that the permissions of its creators do not allow.

> PROCESO DE COMISIÓN
Realizo el avatar y hay un proceso BETA en cual es de arreglar todo tipo de problemas con la ropa, animaciones u otras cosas cuando el Avatar este ya subido en VRChat.Ya cuando los errores se arreglen o la mayoria no se va a hacer mas cambios hasta que pidas otra comision.
> ANTES DE COMISIONAR✓ Enviar todos los documentos que vas a usar en tu modelo sino se hará un cargo extra a la hora de añadir cosas que no son de tu posesión. (Igual va a estar en mis precios)✓ Ser claro con todo a lo que se refiere a colores, emisiones que quieres que represente tu avatar.✓ Mis Comisiones suelen tardar poco pero si quieres pagar una prioridad cuando haya cola puedes hacerlo.✓ Mis precios estan a Dolar Estadounidense o USD y el pago es mediante Paypal.✓ Cuando acepte una comision el pago debe ser realizado en 1 semana o 7 dias. De una manera que se pague desde el inicio el 100% de la comision sino al inicio un 75% y al finalizar el 25% restante. Igual si avisas tiempo antes cuando va ser el pago yo esperaré.✓ Dependiendo si hay cola o no tu comision se hará antes o despues.✓ Si ocupas tu comision en una fecha en especifico debe ser especificado para ver si puedo hacerlo al dia o a la hora necesaria.✓ Ser especifico/a de como quieres las cosas antes de realizar tu comision.> DURANTE LA COMISIÓN✓ No realizar cambios Durante la Comision o el proceso de creacion.✓ Si tienes varias variantes de ropa puedo pasarte capturas de como se ve antes de subirlo. (Mandare las capturas cuando termine de añadir todo por eso porfavor se especific@ con todo)✓ Todo problema, complicacion o cosa sera comunicado al cliente.> DESPUÉS DE LA COMISIÓN✓ Toda avatar va a tener elementos del creador si no lo quieres debes hacer un pago extra. Pero eso no significa que no me debas dar el credito por mi trabajo.✓ Si quieres los derechos comerciales del avatar debes pagar extra.✓ Usualmente no se va a mostrar nada en el proceso de comisiones pero siempre se hara una sesion de fotos para agregarlo en mi Portafolio de Trabajos. En caso que haya un trato de confidencialidad se hara hasta que el cliente muestre el trabajo.✓ En el proceso BETA se podran hacer cualquier cambio y arreglar cualquier error que este dentro de lo acordado a la Hora de Pagar hasta ya terminar el avatar.
> CUSTOM AVATARS
Estos avatares son los que no hay ningun igual o son realizados de cero YO no realizo estos avatares, sino que en caso de recibir uno para añadirle cualquier cosa no se cobrara el total de el Unity Package si lo llegan a recibir y no hare nada que no deba o es permitido con estos avatares. Se con son un gran trabajo y no quisiera que estas personas con sus bases personalizadas desconfien.Respetare todo lo que sea posible en estas bases y sus derechos a las personas que los realizaron. Si quieren añadir cosas lo hare pero no hare nada que los permisos de sus creadores no permitan.
